Acceptance and service scope
By booking or participating, you accept these terms. Workspace Anchorhub provides education in technical analysis, including breakout and pullback chart study. It does not provide investment advice, signals, brokerage, execution, custody, or account management. You make all trading decisions independently.
Eligibility and bookings
Participants must be at least 18. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Scope, timing, fee, and payment instructions are confirmed in writing. You must not share brokerage passwords, confidential account credentials, or unlawfully obtained market data.
Educational risk
Markets can produce substantial and rapid losses. Historical examples, replay, annotations, and discussion do not predict future results. You remain responsible for deciding whether trading is suitable and for obtaining independent financial, legal, or tax advice.
Intellectual property
Original worksheets, annotations, exercises, text, and teaching materials remain Workspace Anchorhub intellectual property and are licensed for your personal study. You may not sell, publish, record, redistribute, or use them to teach others without written permission. You retain rights in charts and notes you submit and permit us to use them only to deliver the agreed service.
Conduct, availability, and liability
Participants must act respectfully and avoid sharing another person’s confidential information. We may end a session for abusive or unlawful conduct. Services may be interrupted by illness, connectivity, or events beyond reasonable control; an alternative time or appropriate refund will be offered. To the extent permitted by Georgian law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service and excludes trading losses, indirect loss, and lost opportunity. Nothing limits liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@workspace-anchorhub.world. Courts with jurisdiction in Tbilisi, Georgia will hear unresolved disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes apply to new bookings unless law requires otherwise.
