Private sessions
Cancel a Chart Review Intensive at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund or one transfer to another available time. With 24–48 hours’ notice, choose a 50% refund or one reschedule. Less than 24 hours before the session, the fee is non-refundable because preparation and teaching time have been reserved. A no-show is treated as a late cancellation.
Four-week lab
Before the first session, cancel with 72 hours’ notice for a full refund. After the programme starts, completed sessions and chart-review work already supplied are non-refundable. The remaining fee may be refunded pro rata if you withdraw in writing, less any clearly disclosed non-recoverable preparation. One session may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice during the programme period.
Group clinics and custom workshops
Clinic places cancelled at least five calendar days ahead receive a full refund; cancellations two to five days ahead receive 50%. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, though a place may be transferred to another eligible adult by notifying us. If we cancel or move a clinic and the new date does not suit you, you receive a full refund.
Custom workshop deposits cover agreed preparation and are refundable only to the extent stated in the written quote. Purchased venue services or printed materials that cannot reasonably be reused may be deducted when clearly documented.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email contact@workspace-anchorhub.world with the booking name, service, date, and reason. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days; bank processing may add time. We do not issue cash for electronic payments.
Illness, emergency, duplicate payment, or a service materially not delivered will be considered fairly and consistently with mandatory Georgian consumer law. This policy does not restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
