Controller and information collected
Workspace Anchorhub, Level 10, 18 Kostava Street, Tbilisi 0171, is the controller. Contact contact@workspace-anchorhub.world. We receive contact details, enquiry text, booking correspondence, payment confirmation, attendance records, and chart files you choose to submit. Do not send account credentials or unnecessary financial records.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver coaching, administer fees, maintain service records, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Depending on context, the basis is steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and improving the practice, or consent for optional analytics.
Sharing and international transfers
Necessary information may be handled by hosting, email, video-call, and professional-service providers under appropriate terms. Some providers may process data outside Georgia. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards and assess the destination and provider. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Service and transaction records are retained up to six years where needed for accounting, claims, or legal duties. Submitted chart files are removed within 90 days after coaching ends unless you ask for earlier deletion or agree to a longer review period. Backups expire on their normal cycle.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting prior processing; and complain to Georgia’s competent data-protection authority. We may verify identity and retain information where law or a legal claim requires it.
